I once heard canola oil is generally much healthier than vegetable oil when cooking, so I subconsciously shriek when I see vegetable oil as a part of any recipe, do you have any thoughts on this?
ReplyDeleteCanola oil is healthy as it contains healthy fats that are good for us in moderation but vegetable oil is more popular , affordable and common in the nigerian market.
DeleteOh I see, interesting, thanks for clarifying. Perhaps I will stick with Canola oil then, :) , great work with the site, cheers to your good success and to delicious meals!
